In industry, it is used as a buffering agent, a nutrient medium, a flavoring agent in the synthesis of sake using bacterial culture, a raw material for the production of potassium phosphate monobasic, a culture medium, a strengthening agent, a leavening agent, and a fermentation aid in brewing yeast, as well as an efficient phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer in agriculture.It is white crystal powder.

A. In industry：it can be used as raw material to manufacturer potassium hexametaphosphate and other sylvites; culture of brewing yeast, enhancer, leavening agents and fermentation promoter, etc.
